Bilingual Patient Educator, Medical Cannabis

The Bilingual Patient Educator is responsible for working in line with the company and physicians of Pathway Health Services to help provide guidance to patients regarding dosage and preferred consumption of medical cannabis. The primary function of an educator is to educate the patients on medical cannabis and licensed producers and to work with them to outline the process for registering with licensed producers, ordering and consuming their prescription while acting in the best interest of the patient as it relates to their financial situation and their medical need. Educators are also required to provide administrative support in line with operational needs.

Bilingual Medical Office Administrator – PT

The Bilingual Medical Office Administrator is responsible for working in line with the company, Nurse Practitioners, Patient Educators and other team members of Pathway Health Services to help provide administrative support in line with operational needs. The position is responsible for overseeing medical administrative tasks related to clinical Standards of practice, as well as process and procedure. This position is the primary first point of contact for all virtual / clinic locations and responsible for confirming and maintaining all patient data collected upon patient check in.

Operations & Compliance Lead

The Operations & Compliance Lead (“OCL”) is responsible for managing the daily operations of the sales license business, including multiple e-commece portals. The OCL will play a key role in the establishment, launch and ongoing improvement of operational practices. The OCL will oversee all escalated matters related to the portals’ technical function, product listings, sales, compliance, staff, and patient care. The OCL will manage direct reports specializing in these areas, and will be required to work closely with stakeholders from partnered organizations to ensure operationaly integrity.

In addition to this, the OCL will be responsible for overall Health Canada compliance, including the development and implementation of quality systems, compliance reporting, continuous gap assessments, leadership in audits, and licence applications and amendment to ensure full compliance. The OCL will be responsible for the regulatory review of patient facing materials. The OCL will support site audits and consult on regulatory pathways and technical compliance for product development and production activities. The OCL will play a key role in establishing and launching the sales licences business.

Call Centre Patient Care Lead (Manager)

The Patient Care Lead is a key stakeholder in the development of PHCs sales license call center. The Patient Care lead is responsible for the management of a PCR (CSR) team and the supporting call center infrastructure. The Patient Care Lead is responsible for working in line with the company and Nurse Practitioners (“NP”), Physicians (“DR”) of TCN to help provide guidance to their PCR team dosage and preferred consumption of medical cannabis. Ensure that the standards of front-line communication to our various customers including medical patients, caregivers, NPs, DRs, is maintained. Responsibilities include supervising the Patient Care Representatives, ensuring that Cannabis Regulations are adhered to while ensuring that the customer relationship is managed, accurate and appropriate information is provided, and transactions are completed. The Patient Care Lead will support in the development and implementation of strategic sales initiatives and tools. Will act as a key point of contact between call center partners. Perform Lead administration tasks as needed.
